Terms of use
These terms describe the basic responsibilities that come with using an encrypted personal vault.

You may use Pinzen only for lawful purposes and only for secrets and accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you add and for following the rules of the bank, device, building, or service that issued them.
Your security responsibilities
Keep your master phrase, Recovery Kit, authenticator, passkeys, devices, backups, recovery emails, and secure links private. A forgotten phrase can be reset in your browser only with the matching Recovery Kit plus a fresh six-digit authenticator code, or from an eligible trusted device. Losing all recovery inputs can permanently lock the vault. If you explicitly enable Google email recovery, you accept the displayed reduction in server-compromise protection and responsibility for securing that Google account.
Family vaults
Invite only people authorized to receive the shared material. A family role is an organizational label unless the interface explicitly describes a permission; guests are read-only. Removing a member rotates family keys, but it cannot erase copies or screenshots that person made while authorized.
Availability
We work to keep Pinzen available and protect stored ciphertext, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation. Maintain appropriate recovery codes and follow any independent recovery guidance provided by the services whose PINs you store.
Subscriptions
Pinzen+ is a recurring subscription sold by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. The price, currency, applicable tax, billing interval, renewal date, and any trial are shown before purchase. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can update payment details, obtain invoices, or cancel from Manage billing in Pinzen. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid features normally remain available through the already-paid period, then the account returns to Free. Refund requests and payment disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy under the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Pinzen does not store payment-card details.
No financial advice or guarantee
Pinzen is a storage and access-control tool. It is not a bank, identity provider, insurer, or guarantee against loss. Do not use Pinzen in a way that violates an issuer's security instructions.
